In case of app crashing, for example the Karafun app, please clean first the cache memory.

1.    Open Settings (gear icon on the bottom bar). 

2.    Scroll the left bar under the Wi-Fi icon and tap Storage. 

3.    Under Cleanup Acceleration, tap One-Click Cleaning and wait a few seconds until Cleaning Completed appears. 

4.    Long-press the back arrow to return to the home screen. This can help resolve crashes or unexpected behavior in all apps. 

5.    Optionally, the Clean Master app can also be used to clean and optimize memory, cache, residual files, and APKs.
